A poor installation does not show on fitting day. It shows six months later, when a camera has shifted, a cable has taken on water and nobody remembers how to arm the system. We fit for the long run.
How the engagement runs
5 stages, from the site survey to handover. Each one is agreed with you before the next begins.

Layout plan
You get the position of every device before anything is bought, with what each camera and detector actually covers. That is the moment to discuss it, not after fitting.
Cabling and fitting
Trunking or concealed runs, outdoor paths protected against rain and sun, and fixings matched to the wall you have rather than the wall we would like.
Commissioning
Recorder, zones, remote access and notifications are configured. Every detection point is tested one by one in front of you.
Training and handover
One or two people on your side are trained on daily use, arming, footage review and permissions. You keep the administrator credentials, not us.

Where we stand
The detail that decides longevity is mundane, it is cable routing. In Dakar, between rainy-season humidity and sun on exposed façades, the wrong conduit fails within two years. We deliberately oversize outdoor protection and leave slack in the boxes, so that an extension does not mean pulling the whole run again.

How long does an installation take?
A typical residential installation takes one to two days. A commercial site with several access points usually takes three to five.
Can you work in premises that stay open?
Yes. Cable runs are organised zone by zone so the whole space is never immobilised, and noisy work is scheduled outside opening hours where needed.
What if a device fails after fitting?
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer warranty and the fitting by our workmanship warranty. Exact durations appear in the quote, line by line.
